Captain's Duty: (1) Beginning with Sunday, Secure Tee Times & put them onto Website;Thereafter, to manage tee times as needed, e.g., cancel/delete/add (2) Day before Game Day, decide on Tee Times to keep, Update Tee List (3) At about 6pm the day before, select Teams and Game to play and Finalize Game Plan (This step starts from Schedules page) (4) On Game Day, inform HMGC about Players, manage Award $ (5) After Game, Post game results onto Website (6) If any problem is encountered, contact Simon ASAP. |
